We’re not thought leaders. We’re not LinkedIn influencers. And we definitely didn’t start all this just so we could start calling ourselves “gurus.” We’re just two pure-blooded sales guys - Wayne and Jeff - who’ve spent the better part of our careers in the trenches of software sales: chasing quotas, battling internal politics, and learning (mostly the hard way) what actually works.

We built this platform because we believe something’s missing in the sales world - authenticity. Real talk. Actual useful advice from people who’ve carried the bag, not just posted about it. Our mission is simple: to help serious, struggling, and aspiring sellers not only sell better, but feel better doing it. We want to help you level up in a way that makes you not just richer, but more fulfilled in your work and life.
